The goal of the straight talk sleepover is to be a starting point to change the face of our community.

This spring event for middle and high school students, will be hosted by El-Bethel Children and Youth Ministries (CYM) along with Essential Companions.

Itinerary for the Girls

Friday Evening
6:00-7:00       Check-in
7:00-8:00       Dinner in foyer
8:00-8:30       Session with Carolyn “Release your pain”
8:30-10:00     Sharing Time

• Bullying (fight or flight/words do hurt)
• Domestic violence (Repeat what you see?)
• “How American Idol…Mandisa Lost 100 pounds & Kept It Off” / “True Beauty” Mandisa (videos)
• Molesting (Why me?)
• Abstinence (Yeah How?)
• Woes of sex too young
• No glove, no love (But he said he loves me)
• What is love?
• Domestic violence (He hits me because he loves me)
